Join the Province of Dinagat Islands as we celebrate another year of unity, progress, and pride in our island home through Bugkosan sa Isla: Dinagat Slamazing!—a vibrant celebration of the province’s Charter Day.

From September 18 to October 3, 2026, communities across the province will come together for a series of exciting activities that showcase the rich culture, talents, sportsmanship, creativity, and spirit of the Dinagatnon people.

Thneup of events, including cultural and religious activities, sports competitions, public service initiatives, environmental and community activities, entertainment, concerts, and special gatherings. Highlights include the Governor Nilo P. Demerey, Jr. Basketball Cup, Sultan Cup, Dinagat Islands Half Marathon, Binibining Dinagat Islands, Agri-Fishery Trade Fair, Sayaw sa Isla Dance Competition, and the much-anticipated Bugkosan sa Isla Festival 2026.

More than a celebration, Charter Day is a time to honor the journey of the Province of Dinagat Islands, celebrate the achievements of its people, and look forward to a future built on unity, service, resilience, and shared progress.
