1. Issuance of Entry Permit

This service covers the issuance of entry permits for mining vessels operating within the jurisdictional waters of the Province of Dinagat Islands. It ensures vessel compliance with maritime safety, environmental, and legal regulations, while enabling the provincial government to monitor mining activities, prevent illegal operations, and protect local communities and marine resources. Fees imposed is pursuant to the Local Revenue Code of the Province [Ordinance No. BB3-899 6th SP Series (2024)
and Memorandum Order No. 09-05, s. 2022 entitled “Implementing guidelines of Section 6 of Executive Order No. 07-14, s. 2022 dated July 30, 2022 Re: Entry of foreign vessels and continued operation of the mining companies. The process includes receiving, verifying, recording, paying, preparing, controlling, and releasing of the entry permit.
