2GO Philippines and the Provincial Government of Dinagat Islands held a meeting today, February 11, 2026, attended by Governor Nilo P. Demerey Jr., together with Board Member Nilo Marco Demerey, Atty. Niel Edward Demerey, Chief of Staff of the Governor, Secretary General Dick Victor Carmona (PCL – Regional Caraga), and Jorge C. Daligdig, LPT. They met with the leaders of 2GO Philippines led by Will Howell, COO & CFO, along with Ethel Concepcion, Head of Corporate Marketing and Communications, and Maria Leah Magdamit, 2GO Business Development Head.

The meeting aimed to discuss possible partnership and collaboration in tourism, logistics, and provincial development. Both parties explored opportunities to strengthen transport and cargo services, support local businesses, and improve tourism accessibility to the islands.

The Provincial Government recognized the need for efficient logistics to improve connectivity between the province and other parts of the country. This meeting demonstrated the shared commitment of the Provincial Government of Dinagat Islands and 2GO Philippines to build a strong partnership that will help boost the economy and provide more opportunities for the people of Dinagat.
